Minestrone Remix!
I could live off this soup!
I used what I had on hand: home made Italian Sausage, fresh veggies, and subbed the beans for corn...mmmmm
I stumbled upon this blog... looks pretty cool. Perhaps i'll start sharing some recipes. =) ....sorry I have been MIA! Your and Amber's soups look delish. I made a really good Minestrone soup recently too! But, no pic. =( I am making Corn Bisque w Rosmary as we speak. I'll pic and post! =)
