Serves 2
Ingredients
Dough:
150g all purpose flour
80g whole wheat flour
5g (1/2 tsp) salt
15cL (5 fl oz) warm water
5g sugar
10g fresh yeast
2 tbsp EVOO
Toppings:
1-2 Tbsp olive oil mixed with 2-3 cloves garlic, smashed for the base
Chopped red onions
This was a perfect happy ending to a long day of skiing under the snow in the cold!
